About BREATHE HELLAS
Breathe Hellas is a mental health platform dedicated to raising awareness and offering mental health tools and resources accessible to all. Founded in 2020 in Greece by Tatiana Blatnik, Breathe Hellas champions mental health advocacy, promotes self-care, and fosters emotionally healthier communities. To achieve these goals, the Breathe Hellas team has launched awareness campaigns aimed at both the general public and specific groups such as young adults. The platform offers informational material and various self-care tools, including breathing exercises for stress regulation, gratitude cultivation tools, and more. These tools serve as the first line of intervention for enhancing individuals' mental health and well-being, encouraging users to reflect on unhealthy daily habits and replace them with healthier, more beneficial ones. If users need counseling support, the platform connects them with a free helpline service ("Mila Mou") and, for professional mental health support, refers them to the free national mental health helpline at 10306. www.breathehellas.com
